The service is always good. This time the food was not so tasteful, espescially the sauce to the lamb. The antipasti salade, was not so fresh as expected. There was no strawberries, no figs, no nuts, as it used to be.

This tractor is a good kitchen, excellent service and a good price quality ratio. We had never been in Canelli and Stefania gave us a lot of useful advice. At the end of the meal, a good offer of love: so much humanity and sympathy have made us feel like at home. To try it absolutely!

Ieri sera ho cenato qui con mia moglie. Abbiamo iniziato con un discreto vitello tonnato e crostini con polpo e burrata, accompagnati da mezzo litro di Barbera e una bottiglia d&rsquo;acqua. Purtroppo, la temperatura interna era altissima (30 gradi) e, nonostante le nostre richieste di abbassare l&rsquo;aria condizionata, ci &egrave; stato detto che era gi&agrave; al massimo. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare tavolo perch&eacute; il caldo era insopportabile.Abbiamo ordinato tajarin all&rsquo;uovo con sugo di salsiccia e gnocchi di patate con gorgonzola, entrambi fatti in casa e davvero ottimi! Purtroppo, il caldo ci ha impedito di proseguire con i secondi e il dolce. &Egrave; un peccato, perch&eacute; l&rsquo;esperienza complessiva &egrave; stata rovinata dalla temperatura interna, che non mi ha permesso di godermi appieno la cena. Spero di tornare in un periodo pi&ugrave; fresco per apprezzare meglio la cucina, che merita davvero.

We had to change the table because the warm was intolerable.We ordered the egg tajrin with sauce juice and potato gnocchi with gorgonzola, both made at home and really good! Unfortunately, the warmth has prevented us from continuing with the seconds and the sweetness, and it is a pity, because the overall experience has been ruined by the inner temperature, which has not allowed me to enjoy the dinner fully. I hope to come back in a fresher period to appreciate the kitchen, which really deserves.
